Small: Up to 38

Medium: 39-42

*Instructions for insoles: Using a felt tip pen, draw round your foot and trim any excess off.  Be generous with your fit, as the felt can shrink slightly when subjected to moisture and friction. A dab of PVA or similar glue on the ball and heel of the insole will help keep them in place.
